ORDERS
In stock orders will ship within 1-7 business days. Custom orders will be produced and shipped out as quickly as possible. In the event that the item(s) you purchased is preordered or back-ordered, please allow up to 3-4 weeks for your order to ship. If you ordered more than one item, you may receive partial shipments. If you have an inquiry regarding the status of your order and/or product availability please email info@goldfine-jewelry.com.
HOLIDAY ORDERS
Order by December 12th, to ensure Holiday Delivery. Our shipping department will be closed for the holidays on December 24 and 25. All orders placed during that time will be shipped upon our reopening.
PAYMENT INFORMATION
We accept American Express, VISA, MasterCard and Discover credit cards as forms of payment. Customers will be charged as soon as order is submitted on goldfine-jewelry.com
RETURN POLICY
We want you to be happy with your order. If you are not satisfied with your order, we will gladly accept your return within 7 days of your order's arrival. Returned merchandise must include original packaging and tags and must be in the same condition as when it was received. Used merchandised cannot be returned unless defective.
All SALE items and/or items purchased using a promotional code are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
We reserve the right to reject any return or exchange that does not comply with the conditions stated above.
Please note, refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. Once your return is processed, a refund will be issued for the merchandise amount, however, shipping charges cannot be refunded. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to show up on your account.
IMPORTANT MESSAGE REGARDING YOUR RETURN
Returns will only be approved if requested within 7 days of an order's arrival.
We require you email us so that we can issue a Return Authorization number.
Please email info@goldfine-jewelry.com and include your first and last name and order number.
Once reviewed, we will email you a return authorization number and you can send us your return using a trackable courier of your choice, or request our prepaid USPS label.
If you decide to use our pre-paid USPS return label, a return shipping fee of up to $12 USD (for returns within the 48 contiguous states) or up to $30 USD (for returns from Alaska and Hawaii) will be deducted from your refund.
For exchange requests, your exchange will be shipped upon availability and we will email the replacement items tracking number upon dispatch. An additional shipping fee will be charged for exchanges.
We are unable to refund any import tax/duty that your order may have incurred for returned items. Please note that any exchanges may require additional tax/duty for import to delivery destinations outside the US.
Please note that we are not responsible for any lost packages during the return and exchange process, which is why we require all returns to be sent by a trackable shipping courier.

REPAIR POLICY
We will repair any purchase that was made from goldfine-jewelry.com. Please email info@goldfine-jewelry.com with an image of your item and request a repair estimate. Fees are contingent upon the type of repair and the materials needed for the repair. Repairs take approximately 4 to 6 weeks for completion.
